Steve is a senior tech operator and startup veteran turned full-time investor with two decades of experience at small to large-size organizations.

During the last two years, Steve has been an advisor to investors, startups, scale-ups, and Tech executives. He has been sitting on ACE Investment Committee since 2021.

Previously, Steve launched, built, and scaled what became one of Uber‘s largest and best performing businesses globally (200-person team, 35,000+ drivers, several million users, 50+ cities).

Before Uber, Steve was a Senior Manager at AppDirect focused on European expansion. Before that, he spent over six years in Finance, with roles in M&A at Morgan Stanley in London and Investment Management at Rothschild.

Steve has made over 20 startup investments over the last five years. He sits on the Boards of Alpian, Batmaid, and Gmelius. He holds an MSc in Communication System Engineering (Computer Science + Electrical Engineering + Mathematics) from EPFL and an MBA from INSEAD.
