Charles is Founding Partner and Co-Head of Venture at Ace & Company.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors and being a member of the Investment Committee, Charles co-leads the early stage and strategic growth investment strategy and has developed deep relationships with numerous entrepreneurs and sourcing partners across the globe.

Since co-founding ACE, he has been investing for more than a decade with over 100 investments in his portfolio, and actively participated in creating three portfolio companies.
Prior to joining ACE, Charles spent a few years working in the M&A division of the Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets (RBCCM), Canada’s leading bank.

Charles holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BSc in Business Management from Babson College.
