Adam Said, co-founder of ACE & Company, chaired ACE’s Investment Committees for over a decade and serves as Chair of the Board. With two decades of private equity experience, Adam led ACE in establishing different product offerings across Secondaries, Buyouts, and Ventures. Until 2022, he chaired the Executive Committee, overseeing the firm’s growth from $60 million to $1.7 billion in assets under management.

His career began at UNIFUND, a private family office, as a financial analyst in Saudi Arabia with shared responsibilities over a significant investment portfolio. He gained further experience at CICC, the leading investment bank in China. Adam sits on several corporate boards and previously served on a publicly traded company’s board.

Adam holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and completed a double major in Entrepreneurship and Economics at Babson College.
