Adam Said is co-founder and CEO of ACE & Company (ACE), based in Geneva and established in 2005. During his tenure, Mr Said has overseen the growth of the company to over $1.7 billion in total assets run across its five offices globally. A member of ACE’s Board of Directors, he chairs the firms’ Executive Committee, and is deputy-chair to several Investment Committees.

Mr Said has overseen investment transactions in over 50 private companies and as many private equity funds in several jurisdictions. He currently holds Board position member in several private companies, Limited Partners Advisory Committee, and previously served on public company Boards. Mr Said previously worked at Unifund, a single-family office, and China International Capital Corporation. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor degree from Babson College.

A Swiss National of Egyptian descent, Mr Said remains socially engaged as Board member of the Fondation pour Geneve, Board member of the Britghter Vision foundation, Board member of the GIFF Foundation, President of the GVA2 association, member of the Human Rights Watch Geneva Committee, member of Children Action committee, member of Cercle du Grand Theatre, member of the ImPact initiative, and past member of the Clinton Global Initiative.
